Hello and welcome
Hey y'all! I'm Cheyenne...wife to Geoff, mama to three (and one more on the way!) and lead photographer of Cheyenne Schultz Photography. I first started this business back in 2008 and have since photographed over 200 weddings in the Carolinas and throughout the Southeast. I genuinely believe that I have the best job ever!
Our team is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and count ourselves blessed to serve the couples and families that are brought our way. We pride ourselves on delivering a world class experience from start to finish for each and every one of our clients.
Our goal is to deliver beautiful, timeless and artful imagery, and to serve our couples in a way that they would feel genuinely loved and cared for through every interaction.
My husband, Geoff, and I have experienced some deeply hard times in our marriage. So hard, in fact, that we were hanging on by a very small thread at one point. Making it through that time felt impossible. And yet, we hung on and fought for those vows that we made on June 9th, 2007.
Now, when I send out the images that I have photographed for our couples at their weddings, it is my greatest hope that through the good times and through the hard times that inevitably come with marriage, they will be able to look back to remember the love and the joy that was there that day. And that, they too, will hang on and believe that their marriage is worth fighting for.
The reason why I do this work goes far beyond the joy of memorializing once in a lifetime moments and creating beautiful photographs.
Geoff. Boone. Crew, Grey. I love them to pieces and am entirely grateful that they are all mine.

My personal faith in Jesus Christ. He's the reason my marriage was saved and why my business has grown. Above all else, I'm passionate about running CSP with purpose and that will ultimately glorify God.

Grateful
The way he looks at her as she walks toward him down the aisle. The smile on her dad’s face and the tears in his eyes as he dances with her and remembers a flood of moments of her childhood. One favorite just isn’t possible.

The Moment
My husband, Steven. My three beautiful kids, Lydia, Gavin, and Rowan. Curling up with a cozy blanket, a good book, and a hot cup of coffee while it’s raining outside

I Love
Everything! Even when tantrums are at an all-time high, my patience is wearing thin, and my body needs rest; those three kids are my home—my people—and they’ve brought so much joy, silliness, curiosity, love, and laughter to my life.

Motherhood
My day would start by waking up without an alarm, drinking coffee in bed followed by a breakfast date with my husband at my favorite restaurant. We would then go see a new movie and after that, whatever time is left in the day would be spent at home in my pajamas reading a new book.

A Full Day
A husband that keeps me laughing, children that keep me dancing, a family that keeps supporting, and a God that keeps pursuing.

Curling up with a good book, plane tickets, trying new food, board games, a new planner, laughing until I cry, and my husband’s homemade lattes.

I Love
We asked our guests to toss birdseed during our send off and one sweet child tried accidentally tossed them right into my face. My mouth and dress was FULL of birdseeds. As Jake helped me dust birdseed from my hair, us both giggling, I knew that as messy as life would get, it would be so much better with him by my side.

My Favorite Moment
Wake up and juice something delicious, grab my camera and go for a hike with my husband, take a nap in the sunshine and then get cleaned up to try a new restaurant.
